odd chart legend area width problem for pdf's

Like to see if anyone has any thoughts on this. When I output a pdf from eclipse, the chart legend width as reported in beforeRendering with gcs.getRunTimeContext().getLegendLayoutHints().getLegendSize().getWidth() is as expected. But, in our app, which uses separate run and render tasks, the width is 2x expected. The plot area is the same size in both cases, just the legend is different. Wouldn't be an issue except that I need to resize it and it would be great to know why this is happening so I can adjust appropriately.

This sounds like it may be a bug to me. What version of BIRT are you using? You may try searching the bugs at <a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.birt-exchange.org/bug-reporting/'>Report Bugs - BIRT Exchange</a> and seeing if anything has been reported. If not, please report a bug for this.
