Spoofing Sender Name and E-Mail

We would like to create reports which appear to be sent from a special e-mail and name. Our developers will save the report, but do not want it sent out as them. To oversimplify, let's say I create and save a scheduled report. Instead of having the report send out as me (with his name and e-mail), we'd like to use a custom name and e-mail.

Are their parameters for accomplishing this?

As a made up example, instead of sending out a scheduled report as Marc Resnick <marc.resnick@gearuptech.com>, I'd like it to send the report out as if it came from Gear Up Reports <reports@gearuptech.com>.

We are using BIRT as part of TSRM (Maximo).
