newbie problems deploying BIRT viewer in tomcat

New to BIRT and trying to integrate the BIRT viewer in tomcat. 
Followed instructions in 
<a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/deploy/viewerSetup.php'>Installing the BIRT Viewer in Tomcat</a> 
 
- using Tomcat 6.0.24 in Windows XP environment, 
- taken birt-runtime-2_5_1, 
- renamed "WebViewerExample" to birt-viewer and placed it intomcatwebapps 
- placed SalesInvoice.rptdesign into birt-viewerreport directory 
- started tomcat followed URL (<a class='bbc_url' href='http://localhost:8080/birt-viewerrun?__report=ReportSalesInvoice.rptdesign'>http://localhost:8080/birt-viewerrun?__report=ReportSalesInvoice.rptdesign</a>) 
 
But I get an error: 
The requested resource (/birt-viewer/run) is not available 
 
Can't find what went wrong. Retraced steps but obviously still doing the same error somewhere. 
 
Any ideas would be appreciated.

You are missing the forward slash before run:
