Birt outMemory in JDK6 x64

Hello all. When building a report falls mistake outMemory. Increased memory for the jdk does not help. Previously, there was jdk x32 everything worked perfectly. Update to jdk 6 x64 began to fall.

Almost any Out Of Memory error is going to be related to the MaxPermGen parameter for the environment. Make sure that that it is set correctly.
