Cannot Install Report Designer Pro Eclipse Plugin

I am having difficulty installing the Report Designer Pro Plugin (trial version) from Actuate. I have the standalone report designer, but would like to work with the Eclipse Plug-in. 
 
Eclipse: v3.5.2 for JEE 
Report Designer Pro: Attempting to install the plugin from this URL: <a class='bbc_url' href='http://download.birt-exchange.com/products/birt/update/10sp1/'>http://download.birt-exchange.com/products/birt/update/10sp1/</a>.

I have the same problem.

I tried to download the birt designer pro stand allone but the file is corrupted.

Maybe I have missed something?
