I18N: How to switch GUI-language

Hi,
I've a "german" installation. Now we have to switch the language of the GUI into english. Where and how can I do this?
Is is able to have a "multi-language" GUI? german for german users and english for english users?

Just change your browsers settings:

extras->internet optionen->sprachen.

Make sure your desired language is number one in the list.

There are 2 locales, the server locale and the client browser locale. I think the TS admin guide does a pretty good job explaining this. As the previous post indicates, you would set the german speaker's browser setting to german, and the english speaker's setting to english.
