cell height is not getting adjusted in excel output

Hi,
I am using BIRT 2.5.1.
My report is having excel output.

my issue is, report header row doesn't adjust the height based on the label content.label content will change based on the locale .So i will not be able to set the row height in design also.

label content can have more than 1 row based on the locale.Now it is showing first row alone.After the clicking on the row only it is showing the whole content.

Could any one please help me to resolve this.
