Adhoc Report - Information Object Designer

Is there two Information Object Designer product for Acutate eRD Pro and BIRT or it is one ?

Earlier Information Object Designer is bundle with Actuate eRD Pro Installation. Now I could see separate product BIRT Information Object Designer this is what my confusion.

Please could you clarify on this.
