PartInitException in RCP 'product'

Hi, i'm a newby to BIRT and have implemented a report deployed in a RCP application. Everything works fine. Can start inside the eclipse workbench and can launch the eclipse application from the 'Testing' tab in the product configuration.
However when i export the product, the view which contains the logic to run the report with the WebViewer cannot be opened.
The exception org.eclipse.ui.PartInitException: Could not createView(ViewFactory.java:158) is thrown.

Maybe the imports in the viewer class cannot be resolved?
BIRT version is 2.5.1.

Need urgent help! because have to install for a customer.
