Out of memory an d perm gem space

Hi,

I am using birt all in one 2.5.1 windows version.

I have created dynamic web project for reports.

I have application war file with tomcat its working file

when i deploy reports war file in tomcat am getting perm gem space.

Reports war file size around 60 MB is there.

Please provide some solution how to rectify memory issues.
