Mashboard Login 404

I am attempting to install the mashboard into an eval copy of iServer Express. 
 
On my server the Information Console is installed at 'C:Program FilesAcuate10iServerservletcontainer'. 
 
From the Mashboard package I downloaded, I copied the 'iportal' folder over 'C:Program FilesAcuate10iServerservletcontaineriportal' and edited the web.xml file to reflect the one it replaced. 
 
When I go to <a class='bbc_url' href='http://localhost:8900/iportal/mashboard.do?project=Quickstart'>http://localhost:8900/iportal/mashboard.do?project=Quickstart</a> I am getting a 404 error: 
 
The requested resource (/iportal/iportal/mashboard/Quickstart/login.jsp) is not available. 
 
If I browse to 'C:Program FilesActuate10iServerservletcontaineriportaliportalmashboardQuickStart', I do see the login.jsp file present. So I am guessing that I have not quite installed into the right directory. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

It looks like you installed to the correct location. Did you do a re-start of the iServer?
