Rows values are Splitting into two pages.

Hi All,

We have a Report like diplaying all the data in Tables.
In Tables I have columns like name,designation,Location.

Few of the rows column "designation" data is too large and it is splitting into second page.

We want to display the all row data in one page(Either in first page or second page).
Is there any option in birt to avoid this.

Please help us.

Hi Swetha,

In BIRT 2.5, there is an option to "avoid" page break within that you can set on a row or report element. What version of BIRT are you using?

I am Using BIRT 2.3.2 .
Is there any option in this to avoid page Breaks.

Unfortunately, there is not. The option was reintroduced in 2.5 after being taken out in 2.3 because of issues with it working correctly. How is your report set up? It might be possible to manually avoid this with a workaround using script to set page breaks, but even that may not be perfect. Is it just one column that sometimes spans multiple lines? Or do you have several that do? Let me know.
