Report doesn't run goes back to param screen

We're having a problem with some users where long reports are not coming up and instead takes the user back to the parameter screen. I know it's not a pop-up blocker because some reports work. When other people use the report it seems to work.

Any thoughts - could it be display problems - or memory issues? Anyone else experience this problem
