outofmemory moving to INT on different OS

We have the exact same version of Tomcat,JRE,BIRT in our development environment and out integration environment. However, our dev environment has Windows XP(32 bit OS) and our Integration environment has Windows Server (64 bit OS). We are able to print one or two reports before we get an OutOfMemory Exception in Integration. But I and a coworker have printed up to 20 reports no problem in our dev environment.

We increased our perGenspace memory size from 128 to 256.

Has anyone ever run into problems like this. Could it possibly be the OS differences?
