Embed Designer into Application??

Hello,

We are looking at using BIRT in an application that would allow and end user to create custom reports within the application.

Is something like this possible?
We want them to be able to build reports and have access to the data sources we make available to them.

I've seen report viewers available to embed in an application, but nothing to build and design reports.
