accessing report params from ODA's IConnection

Is this possible? It's not clear to me what IConnection can see.

One way to do this would be to use the
public void setAppContext( Object context ) throws OdaException
method of IConnection. This method is passed the current appcontext for BIRT, so you could put the parameters in the appcontext and then access them in your ODA. The request object is also in the app context so you could use that as well.
