Exception processing TLD

Hi,

I'm developing a set of reports that uses the BIRT viewer for report presentation. I am using BIRT 2.5.1 and deploying to Apache/Tomcat 5.5.23

My reports are not displaying in the viewer. I checked the Tomcat logs and noticed the following error:

SEVERE: Error reading tld listeners javax.servlet.servletexception: Exception processing TLD at resource path /WEB-INF/tlds/birt.tld in context /birt

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this? Thanks much.
