Birt behaving oddly after update

So updated my eclipse, and got a new minor version of Birt. This has caused some odd behavior. I am posting some screen shots below along with the working version of the rptdesign and a csv file. Basically, I calculate a running sum that is filtered, and a running sum that is not filtered. I then graph the ratio of filtered to unfiltered over time. Before I updated, I got the image titled "before", now i get the image titled "after" I did nothing but update eclipse, no changes were made to the report itself.

I took the version tags (below) from the xml source code:
before:
<report xmlns="http://www.eclipse.org/birt/2005/design" version="3.2.20" id="1">
<property name="createdBy">Eclipse BIRT Designer Version 2.5.1.v20090903 Build <2.5.1.v20090917-1447></property>

after:

If you have an idea what is going on, or can point me to the proper place to figure this out, I'd appreciate it.

Please log a bug for the using aggregations in a chart in 2.5.2 when using container as a source. If you move the chart to below the table and change the source to myTable rather than from container, it works correctly in 2.5.2.<br />

Thanks for the suggestion. The reason I built the graph in the header, is I am intending to put this graph in a group header. Any suggestions of how to work around this problem with a group?

Unfortunately, the best solution may be to go back to 2.5.1. I'll look at it a little more and see if I figure anything out to make it work in 2.5.2. If I do, I'll post back in here.

I found a workaround. It's the filter in your "RunOn" aggregation not working. If you remove the filter and use an expression like the following for RunOn rather than just row["Total"] and the filter, it works as expected.

if (row["Status"] == 1){
row["Total"];
}
else{
0;
}

You may need to change your fields to integer from string in your dataSet and table bindings as well.
