Not able to connect to Actuate Information Object Data Source

I am facing issue while connection Actuate Information Object in Actuate BIRT Report Designer Professional Version: 2.3.2
I have provided following details in Actuate Information Object Data Source
ODA Data Source :
Server URI , Volume, UserName ,Password , Use Logged in user credentials on iServer : No

Could some one please let me know how to connect to Actuate Information Object.

I have changed the port no : 8000 and problem got resloved.
