How to disable a hyperlink using <a> tag in xls or pdf export

Hi

My requirement is like when report got exported to either pdf or xls it shoudn't display any link or disable the hypelink.
how to achive this in birt.

Hi BIRT_DON,

You could put another element beneath the one you're using the <a> tag in that does not use this and drop/hide one of the elements based on your output format.
