Before Report & After Report sections.

Hi,

I have a report in Maximo version 6 actuate 8 which contain
Before Report, Header & After Report sections along with data content frame which need to migrate to Maximo version 7.1.1.6, Birt report version 2.3.

But in Birt Report Designer I dont see Before & After section, there is
only header,detail & footer section.

How can achieve functionality of Before Report & After Report sections.
