Issue in deployment/import of .rptdesign file through report administration

We are working on maximo v7.1.1.6 with birt v2.3

Issue Scenario: I have developed maximo birt report using 'Tivoli group report template'. It is running perfectly in Eclipse Birt designer. but when i am trying to import .rptdesign file into maximo environment with report administration application of maximo. I am getting below message.


BMXAA5458E - All the dependent library files for this report design have not been imported. Review the imported libraries before proceeding with the Import Report action again.

What are these dependent library files that we need to deploy with .rptdesign files. And how do i deployed them with .rptdesign file.
