Birt viwer problem

Hi All,

please help me from this issue.i will be thank-full.

I am using birt 2.2.1 and using JDBC datasource and i am getting ,i passed all the detail like driver class ,database url ,...etc and tested connection its successfully working.and while viewing the report in pdf format i am getting following message,attached is the corresponding report.

FYI..
All other reports am able to view the pdf format.
same report am trying from other friends same 2.2.1 Birt rcp designer and its working ,pdf is generated.
it is saying the problem with internet but internet is good and corresponding site am connecting is also up,but why i am not getting pdf ,and copied the Rcp designer from friends system ,which is working fine,but in my system it is getting same problem.

please advice me ,
i am eagerly waiting .

Is it possible that your report takes a lot of time to complete on your system? Sounds like your browser is sick of waiting for a answer from your birt server because the server needs too much time to deliver the pdf file.

What's your system specification (CPU, RAM) in comparison to your friends computer (on which the report runs fine)?
