How to set Hyperlinks pointing to physical current path

I have a report that requires hyperlinks which should point to the current folder (physical path) 
 
In the hyperlink property I specify "January2010.htm" 
 
I open the report as HTML the link shows as 
 
<a class='bbc_url' href='http://127.0.0.1:65347/viewer/January2010.htm'>http://127.0.0.1:65347/viewer/January2010.htm</a> 
 
I do not want the url link but it should use the current folder. 
 
I also do not want to hardcode the path as c:folder1January2010.htm. This is because the file are save as html and when the path changes in future it will fail. Hence please help me in refering the file from the current folder.
