Date is not getting sorted

I have a table which shows the data set with date as one of the column but the thing is that the date is not displayed in an order. I tried to add sorting the date on the table but didn't help. Added the sorting the in date group as well which also didn't sorted based on the date. Is there any other way of doing it?
