colmns not hided when exportd to pdf

Hi All,
I have design a simple report with a table which have 4 column and each column have a cross tab, accept the first cross tab each cross tab have one or more hide column, in html the report is perfect but in pdf the hided column are not shown but there is a blank space .
is there any method to solve this problem...?
please reply..
its urgent...

You may try making the width of the column 0 as well.
