Exporting data into Excel format through BIRT Viewer

Has anyone tried exporting data into Excel format through BIRT Viewer.

It seems when we have more number of columns in the report due to spreadsheet contraint or whatever we are getting a pop-up message with the log information.

Attached below the log information :

XML Spreadsheet Warning in Table
REASON: Value too large
ACTION: Limiting value
FILE: C:Documents and SettingsabavaLocal SettingsTemporary Internet FilesContent.IE5YO6YZFTAlatis_ui_cycle_design[1].xls
GROUP: Table
TAG: Column
ATTRIB: Width
VALUE: 3221

But the same thing when we tried having fewer columns on it, seems everything went fine and the data got exported into Excel format.

Please let me know if anyone has the solution for the above problem.
