Hello,
is that true:
the only possibility to mark parameters in a SQL query is a question mark ('?') ?
Can't using a variable name? For example ?P_customer_id or :P_customer_id.
If you have ten or more paramters in a query it is very painful to test the correctness of the SQL replacing every '?' with a value.

It's true, but they go in order. If you forget which parameter you are testing, you can simply look at the parameters list and count from the beginning.<br />
I can see how this would be a hassle with lots of parameters.<br />
