Missing Page Headers

I am running two seperate instances of BIRT 2.1.2 and when I run the same report file in each of them, I get the proper page header to print on each page in one instance and in the other instance, the header only prints on the first page. There must be a setting controlling this but I've looked everywhere I know to look and don't see it. Anyone got any ideas?

There is a repeat header check box on the page break properties at table property editor. try checking it.
