install ODA data source error

Has created the own ODA data source plug-in, in rcp-report-designe worked normally, but when i placed plug-in directory in C:birt-runtimeReportEngineplugins, and make report in Report Engine API, the report causes an error “Cannot find or process the org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.stackxml driver's data source extension configuration. Cannot find the ODA dataSource extension (org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.stackxml)”. Standard data sources work without problems, variable
