Facing issue while runnibg birt report

Hi All,

Please assist me on this.i am using birt 2.2.1 report designer.and am facing issue while running with jdbc reports. i have created jdbc datasource and connected sucessfully.and while running report,its not opeing
it is showing,as follwing attached is screen shot.

same report am working on another systeam it is opening successfully.no issues at all.

i need to change any internet settings ?

FYI..
no problem with internet
and the site i connected is up.

pls guide me .attached are the corresponding rpt and error report

Is this a problem you're having in the designer? Or connecting to a report deployed to an application server?

Thanks for quick response.

I am facing this issue while running birt report ,its not the problem with application server,i am sucessfully connected to datasource. i am getting connection successfully and previewed the results, but facing problem while running the report.

the same report i am running on another system, i am getting successfully .
in my system i am facing problem.

Sorry, I'm asking if you're having this issue from the designer accessing a local report or actually using a URL to connect to the deployed report?

Hi Michael,

its local report,connected to remote jdbcdata source , and connected successfully and and previewed the results also.but while viewing the reports in pdf,html,.....formats ,i am getting that problem.

Do the different machines have different versions of browser on them? i.e. - Internet Explorer 6 on one and Internet Explorer 8 on another? Or different PDF viewers?
