Overwrite at DCR generate

Hi,

Using 501SP1, we have two branches, when pressing the generate button in the DCR in one branch we get the question 'FIle exists, do you want to overwrite' if the file exists. In the other branch we don't get that question. We have looked at the permissions and they seem to be the same.
Does anyone have a clue where that question gets its input from and where to look for differences between our branches?
