RequisitePro Data Source Error

Hi all,
i am trying to create a ReqPro data source. I selected the project, enter user name and password. But pressing OK throws an error
"Error: Cannot login into the project. Please check Authentication Information"

What wrong am i doing? The user name and password are correct as i am using them to login into the project in ReqPro. Please help.
