BIRT Viewer Issue

Hi,
I've attached a report design which I can view in Birt Viewer with no issues. I see 30 records displayed in viewer as i expected. If I change parameter, which should also yield 30 records, but the report display only few records. I verified with the system out to ensure 30 records are fetched. What would cause the no of records to shrink in viewer display. I'm using frameset servlet to display the report. Any help is really appreciated.

FYI, I've attached the rptdesign with this message.

Can you recreate this issue using the classic models sample database? I am unable to run the report design you attached.
