Role Denied Error

Hi,

Has anyone out there gotten a 'Role Denied' Error when trying to authenticate a TS user through ContentServices? (either through a portlet or one of the Java client demos included with the install)
I can log this user in through the TS GUI. When doing so, the following is written to my servlet_err.log file:
OpenAPIAuthenticator.authenticate(SimpleIdentity[username=heather-iw domain=EPORTAL2 rolename=editor])
Through the GUI I can do all of the standard things, creating, editing documents, etc., however, for whatever reason this same user is not even authenticated against the same TS server using SOAP/HTTP calls. (ContentServicesSDK)

Ideas?
