Locale Date Time in Chart

Hi,

I have a problem with my Report...I have designed a Report with a Chart. I need to Display on the X-Axes e.g. the time:

10:00:00 AM - 11:00:00 AM
11:00:00 AM - 12:00:00 PM
...
...

The Problem is that this time format must be displayed in connection to the locale. The Value is out of a dataset. There are two columns (from, to) with the DateTime type.

If you need more information i will give it to you.

I have attached a screenshot of the Chart without information. There the X-Axes labels have that constant DateTime format.
