Can we access the Yaxis Labels of a Birt Chart in Java Code

Hello All,

Kindly have a look at the chart. Y-axis labels read 731,1461,2192,2922,3653. Can we access these values in Java Code? Basically this is regards with the problem which i am facing mentioned in http://www.birt-exchange.org/org/forum/index.php/topic/19836-rounding-off-numbers-on-y-axis-to-the-nearest-multiplier-of-100-through-java-code/

if i can get and set the runtime y-axis labels my problem would be solved.
