Secondary Y Axis Scaling

Hi there,
Is there a way to set the min-max/scaling of the secondary Y axis to equal the primary?
My primary axis data ranges all the way from 100 to 900, but the secondary ranges only between 400 and 500.
Also, how do I get the min/max values that's automatically calculated for the axis?
