Changing the input parameter of stored procedure based on value in parent table

I have a data set that is created using an existing stored procedure that returns one user's name from a database based on their user id. I also have a data set that retrieves those user IDs from another database.

The usr ID data set is bound to an outer table, and the dataset with the name is bound to a table emdedded in the user id table.

I need the report to be able to change the input parameter of the stored procedure every time the user id changes.

Is this possible?
