Dynamic reporting in BIRT

Hi,

i am a newbie to BIRT with some knowledge of creating basic BIRT reports.Please suggest some study materials which can help me in understanding the complete capabilities offered by BIRT, like using custom code for dynamic reporting. I have read most of the materials available on the net but none of them were exhaustive enough.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi arunkr,

There are several places to go to get started with BIRT. First off, right here in the forums, you can ask questions on how to do certain things or search for different questions that have already been asked. The devShare has many examples, articles, and tutorials showing different things you can do with BIRT. There is a getting started guide in the wiki that will help a beginner get started making reports and with other BIRT related products. There is a javadoc that can be looked over for help in doing java/javascript manipulation/creation of reports. There are also several books out about using BIRT. Below are links to all of the above.
