IE 6 is pretty old and presents a lot of problems for things like CSS. Can you load a straight HTML page using your CSS file in IE to verify the underlying file is not conflicting with the browser? After we get that out of the way we will know if we need to take a deeper look at how BIRT is using the CSS file.

Hi Sam, it seems to be, that you only have to disable the cache of IE. So IE will load on every event the whole css file. It's often a problem for testing some css changes, when the cache is enabled. Or if you could, update to a newer version

Hope this helps, regards Chris
