Connection to MS SQL Server is failing

I'm trying to create the data source in Eclipse Report Designer using MS SQL Server JDBC 2008 Driver.
URL:
jdbc:sqlserver://172.xx.0.xx\ISGPROD1:1433;databaseName=insightDW
172.xx.0.xx is server IP
ISGPROD1 is SQL Server instance name
Error massage:
