Debug Example TOC

Hello everyone, 
 
I would like to use the management of the TOC like it provides in this example :

Unfortunately, it doesn't work and it makes an error : "Unhandled exception when executing script". I tried to fix it but without success. Apparently, the error comes from this part : <pre class='_prettyXprint _lang-auto _linenums:0'>this.setDisplayValue(map.get(this.getValue()));</pre> on the render event of the cell of the TOC, and particularly with the <pre class='_prettyXprint _lang-auto _linenums:0'>map.get</pre>. 
Would you please try this report and tell me what's wrong? Else, I would like to produce a table of contents in my report like it is done in this example.

Ok, I'm sorry. The example provides by our friend works....but only in the Web viewer format, because the changes in the TOC are made during the Presentation Phase. So now, I'm looking for a solution compatible with particularly pdf and doc format, that can manage more than one table and compatible with the BIRT RCP Designer 2.3.2. Thank in advance.
