CSS with Report

Hi,
I am using the css file for rpt design style.If i run the application,the style is not getting applied , if i keep the css file in another folder.but if i keep the css with rpt design in the same folder only, the style is get applied. what could be problem? help me to resolve the issue.

So, if you put the CSS file in your workspace, it works, but if you put it in a different file it doesn't work? What steps are you going through to add the CSS style sheet to your design in both cases?

I added the css using the Add Resource option in the rpt design.It's not working in the application, if i keep the css out of the rpt design.
