teamsite vs microsoft's content management server

I am looking for documents which outlines relative merits of teamsite over microsoft's content management server. I will appreciate it if you can provides links to documents or information regarding the differences.

Reeturaj - I havent seen any documentation on the subject, but you can get on Microsoft's site and download a free 120 day trial of their WCM server. Id be interested to hear your thoughts.

MSCMS might work if you are buying into the whole Micro$oft application stack and only developing ASP pages. I heard that the templates were pretty inflexible though. I think it would be nice to have a database on the back-end by default though. I went to a marketing presentation about it and they seemed to promise everything but couldn't really demo anything.
