Applying Styles to specific tables

I have one style that applies to 2 tables. I'd like to set up 2 styles for each table. Currently I have borders on the first table and it's applying to both of my tables. I want one table to have style with borders, and the second table to have style without borders.

Have you created each of the styles you wish to use (Outline View --> Styles --> New Style)? Once you create the styles, you need only to select each table, go to the properties tab in the designer and look at the "General" properties. There is a style drop-down selector in the General properties that you can use to apply individual styles to any control on the report.

I can change the background color in the 2nd table but I can removed the border around the cells.

Never mind... I took the default style off the first table and put the "custom" style on the first table and it worked. Thanks
