Actuate repository path to be relative to server home
zszugyi
Hi,
We deploy the Actuate (10) web app in JBoss with our own applications.
During development the war file is exploded.
When we install the application, the war needs to be zipped.
We're using the server/[our app]/data/reports directory to store our reports.
To get this working, the server root in the STANDALONE_REPOSITORY_PATH context
parameter in the web.xml has to be "../../data/reports" when the web app is exploded,
and "../../../data/reports" when the web app is zipped.
Is there any way to reference the server's root directory in that parameter so the directory
doesn't depend on where the war is located, for example: "$SERVER_ROOT/data/reports"?
We can't use absolute path names because customers can install their servers wherever they want
on their file system.
Thanks!

You can hard code the full path, but it doesnt sound like this is what you want. Can you log a bug for this at:
