BIRT Chart Question

I have a problem, I am trying to display a chart that would present information from database about how many documents were created every second. But the problem is that in the database I have just the CREATIONDATE column and I cant get the zero(0) value on the chart when in some particular second there where not created any documents. How can I solve this problem?
