Bar Chart using a Date Field
rtruban
Hello,
I have a bar chart that is using a date field as the X-Series and I am grouping them by month. The dataset is a years worth of data. For some months there are zero records and there is obviously not a bar for those months. My customer would like the chart to display a label for each month and just have a zero or empty space where the actual bar would be. Is there a way to force it to create an X-label (and space where a bar would go) for each month?
I am using 2.6
Thank in advance!
Rob

I think this is one where you can go to the Foramt Chart tab, select the X-Axis and uncheck 'Is Category Axis'
This should make the Axis a range instead of a collection of indiviual categories/values.

Rotate the labels 90 deg and you should see all of them.
