Hi all, 
I have one problem with total. 
I want Total sum when spendtype = 'MAINTENANCE' AND liabcategory = '<$1000' 
 
for thiz wht i do ,wht i need use ant agreecaiton data or any script plz infrom me.. 
sum[liability] for facility where spendtype = 'MAINTENANCE' AND liabcategory = '<$1000'

Use an Aggregate control (or binding).
The Aggregate builder has a filter expression. Filter for the ones you want to keep.

So your Agg expression is: [liability]
And Filter is: [spendtype] == 'MAINTENANCE' AND [liabcategory] == '<$1000'
